About the U Turn black outline icon

A single stroke rises on the right, bends through a smooth half circle at the top and returns down the left side into a solid triangular arrowhead, the standard road marking for a U turn. It reads as turning back, reversing direction or undoing a step, and suits map and navigation apps, driving school material, traffic sign sheets, warehouse routing diagrams and process flow slides.

The two legs run parallel at an even stroke width and the arrowhead is noticeably wider than the shaft, so the direction stays obvious when the icon is small. Pair it with straight arrows, roundabout and detour markers. Below 24 px, thicken the stroke so the gap inside the bend does not close up.
