Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 August 2026 · Covers infyicon.com, the Infyicon Desktop app, and the Infyicon add-on for Google Docs, Slides & Sheets (together, “the Service”).
1. Acceptance
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
Infyicon provides a library of icons you can search, download, edit and insert into your projects, on the website, through the Desktop app, and through the Google Workspace add-on. The free tier requires attribution; the premium tier removes that requirement. Full usage rights are described in our License, which forms part of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute the icons as icons (for example in a competing icon library, marketplace or app), claim authorship of the icons, use them in unlawful, defamatory or misleading material, use them as part of a trademark without our written consent, or attempt to scrape, overload or disrupt the Service. Automated bulk downloading is not permitted.
4. The Google Workspace add-on
The add-on inserts icons into the file you are working on. It only accesses the current file and only when you use it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Icons you insert into your documents are yours to keep using under the License, including after uninstalling the add-on.
5. Premium purchases
Premium plans are billed through our payment partners. Prices are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Refund requests: email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
The icons, website, apps and brand are owned by Infyicon. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the icon URL and details of your claim, and we will review and, where justified, remove the content promptly.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infyicon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat, India having jurisdiction.
