About the Undo black outline icon
A single stroke arrow runs left across the top, loops down and around to the right in a wide rounded turn, and finishes as a short tail at the bottom, with an open V arrowhead at the far end. The u-turn shape reads clearly as reversing a step, which suits undo buttons, revert history in editors, back navigation, reply controls and refund or cancellation flows.
The curve keeps a constant radius so the turn looks mechanical rather than sketchy, and the arrowhead is open rather than solid to match thin line sets. Mirror it for redo, and keep both at the same size in a toolbar.
