A vertical post standing on a stepped rectangular base carries two blank direction boards: the upper one points left, the lower one points right, each shaped with a pointed arrow end. A small cap tops the post. It conveys directions, choices, wayfinding and route planning, and works well on travel and hiking sites, map and navigation apps, onboarding or decision-flow slides, park and campus signage mockups and FAQ or help hubs.

The opposing arrows create a balanced zigzag that instantly reads as two possible routes, and the blank boards leave room to add your own labels in a larger illustration. It pairs with map pin, compass, route and milestone icons. Empty boards look cleanest at 32 px and above.

This is the black outline version of the signpost icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
