An arrow bends up and doubles back on itself in a tight U, with the arrowhead pointing down, set inside an inner prohibition circle and framed again by an outer ring so it reads as a mounted road sign rather than a plain glyph. A diagonal bar crosses the arrow. It suits navigation and driving apps, traffic regulation pages, driving-school quizzes, parking lot layouts and road safety presentations.

The double ring gives the mark weight and separates it from simple arrow icons, while the slash passes behind the arrowhead so both shapes stay readable. It works next to one-way, no-entry and speed-limit icons in the same set. At small sizes drop the outer ring if the strokes start to merge.
