Two equal rounded squares overlap diagonally, one at the upper left and one at the lower right, and the region they share is filled with parallel diagonal hatching. It expresses intersection, overlap, common ground and boolean shape operations. Natural for graphic-editor toolbars, pathfinder and shape panels, CAD and diagram software, data-overlap slides and geometry teaching material.

Both squares use the same corner radius and stroke weight so neither reads as dominant, and the hatch lines are spaced evenly to keep the overlap light. It belongs with union, subtract, exclude and difference icons in a toolbar row. Export at 24 px steps so the hatching stays crisp.
