Two overlapping squares sit inside a square selection frame whose four corners are marked by round handle nodes, all enclosed in a circular badge. It expresses grouping, combining layers and multi-select, which suits vector editor toolbars, diagramming apps, design system documentation, layer panels and CAD or whiteboard interfaces.
The bounding frame is drawn as thin lines between four equal circles, and the inner squares overlap off-center so the front one partly hides the back one. The circular border unifies it with the other tool badges in the set. Reserve 32px or more so the corner nodes do not merge with the frame.
