About the Hidden black filled icon
An almond-shaped eye with a ringed iris is cut by a long diagonal line running corner to corner. The crossed-out eye is the standard mark for something not shown, so it fits password reveal toggles, hidden file and folder settings, privacy and incognito modes, column or layer visibility controls in editors, and content filter switches in apps.
The slash extends well past the eye on both ends, keeping the negation unmistakable, while the iris stays open rather than shut so the shape remains recognizable. It is the direct counterpart to the plain eye icon in the same set. Ship both states at identical dimensions so a toggle does not shift on tap.
