About the Write black filled icon
A slim pen sits at a steep diagonal, its barrel drawn as two long parallel lines with a rounded cap at the top and a frayed, sketch-textured tip at the writing end, while a loose wavy stroke runs across the lower left like a fresh scribble or signature.
