Two small circles overlap inside a larger ring: the left one holds the Chinese character for language, the right one a Latin capital A. Together they stand for switching between writing systems and for translating between speakers. The paired discs sit low in the outer ring, which gives the mark a button-like footprint that suits toolbars and site headers. It pairs with globe, chat bubble and dictionary icons. Below 20 px the character strokes blur together, so reserve it for larger controls.
