About the Search black outline icon
A magnifying glass built from two concentric circles that give the lens a visible rim, joined by a short neck to a long straight handle angled toward the lower right. It stands for searching, finding, inspecting and analyzing data. Drop it into search bars and empty states, site headers, filter and lookup screens, help centers, research dashboards and audit or investigation slides.
The lens occupies roughly two thirds of the frame and the handle is drawn as an open rectangle rather than a solid bar, keeping the shape light beside text inputs. It pairs with zoom in, zoom out, filter and no-results icons. At small sizes a single-ring variant may read cleaner than this double rim.
