About the Scissor black filled icon
Shows a pair of scissors with two crossed blades, rounded finger-hole handles, and a small pivot dot joining them at the center. Represents cutting, trimming and editing actions. Use in craft and sewing apps, video or photo editing toolbars, stationery stores, barber and salon sites.
Rounded handle loops contrast the sharp angular blades, with the pivot dot balancing the composition. Pairs well with cutter, ruler and tape icons in a toolbox set. Tip: keep stroke weight consistent when placed alongside other editing-toolbar icons.
This is the solid black filled version of the scissor icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
