About the Pointing Hand Up black outline icon
A hand is drawn palm forward with the index finger extended straight up, the three remaining fingers curled into rounded humps and the thumb tucked against the side. It is the standard gesture for look here, one, or click, so it fits onboarding tours and tutorial callouts, cursor and hover states, quiz answers, slide pointers and instructional signage.
The raised finger runs about as tall as the palm, giving a clear vertical axis that reads well even as a cursor. Finger separations are marked by short strokes rather than heavy gaps. Pair it with thumbs up, open palm and click hand variants, and mirror it when you need the gesture to face the other way.
This is the black outline version of the pointing hand up icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
