A wide arrow points straight down from a narrow shaft, and a circle holding a percent sign sits at the top of the shaft, overlapping it slightly. The combination reads immediately as a value going down. Use it for discount and sale banners, price drop alerts, interest and mortgage rate pages, inflation or cost reduction dashboards, and ecommerce clearance badges.

The heavy triangular arrowhead carries most of the visual weight while the percent circle acts as a small label on top, so the icon still parses at badge size.
