About the Pause black outline icon
Two upright bars of equal height stand side by side with a clear gap between them, each drawn with softly rounded corners. The shape is the universal playback pause mark, read instantly without any label. Use it in music and video player controls, podcast apps, screen recorders, timers and stopwatches, presentation remotes, and process status panels where a running job can be held.
The bars are notably tall and slim, which gives the control a lighter look than the usual squat pause glyph. It lines up with play, stop, skip and record icons from the same media set. Center it on a touch target of at least 44 px in mobile players.
