A trapezoid speaker cone opens to the right from a small square base, and a bold X cross sits beside it where sound waves would normally appear. The pairing reads as audio switched off. Use it in media player controls, video conferencing toolbars, mobile notification settings, game audio menus and in-car or smart speaker interfaces.
The cone is drawn with long straight edges rather than a rounded body, and the X is set at roughly half its height so the two shapes balance without touching. It toggles naturally against volume-up and volume-wave icons from the same set. Keep both strokes the same weight when scaling below 24px.
