A magnifying glass frames the head and shoulders of a single person, its handle angled down to the right. The pairing of search and candidate says recruiting, talent screening and finding the right employee, and it fits job board listings, HR dashboards, applicant tracking tools, company careers pages and recruitment agency presentations.
