A magnifying glass with a diagonal handle is held over a person's head-and-shoulders avatar, and a small check badge sits at the upper right of the lens to mark an approved match. The whole scene is framed by a thin outer ring. It fits recruitment platforms, HR dashboards, job board listings, applicant tracking screens and talent sourcing presentations.

The lens and the avatar inside it form the focal point, while the tick badge breaks the lens edge to add depth and the outer circle acts as a badge frame. It works beside resume, interview and team icons. Use 32 px or larger so the check mark stays visible.
