About the Hand black outline icon
An open hand faces forward with four fingers held upright and close together and the thumb angled out to the left, closing at a flat wrist. It reads as stop, wait, hello, permission or a raised hand asking to speak. Use it for stop and pause controls, cookie and privacy consent prompts, raise-hand buttons in meeting tools, drag and tap gesture tutorials, and safety or restricted-area signage.
The fingers are rounded and evenly spaced with the outer ones stepped slightly shorter, giving a symmetric, legible silhouette that fills a square frame. It pairs with pointing finger, thumbs up, fist and touch gesture icons in the library. The thin gaps between fingers close up under 20px, so favor larger placements.
This is the black outline version of the hand icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
