About the Drag black outline icon
A cross of four arrows points up, down, left and right from a shared center, all enclosed in a thin circular border. It is the standard move handle, so it fits canvas and design tool toolbars, drag-and-drop list handles, map pan controls, image cropping and repositioning dialogs, and dashboard widgets that users can rearrange.
The arms are equal length with small triangular heads, and the surrounding circle turns the glyph into a self-contained button that aligns with other round control icons.
