About the Colosseum black outline icon
The Colosseum facade is drawn as three stacked tiers of arched openings separated by horizontal cornices, with a diagonal line marking the collapsed upper section of the Roman amphitheater. It works for travel and tourism sites, Rome and Italy city guides, history lessons, museum and landmark maps, and ancient architecture presentations.
Nine even arches sit in a strict grid, so the single diagonal break carries all the character and stops it from reading as a generic arcade. Group it with Leaning Tower, Eiffel Tower and Pantheon icons; at small sizes the arches merge, so 32 px is a good minimum.
This is the black outline version of the colosseum icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
