Three heavy volumes lie flat on top of one another, each drawn as a long rounded block. The spines alternate side to side, with the top and bottom books facing left and the middle one facing right, which gives the pile a woven look and suggests books that have been read and set down. Use it for library catalogs, online course pages, school and university sites, reading lists, and bookstore or publishing layouts.
The alternating spine curves are the identifying detail and keep the three bars from reading as plain rectangles. Uniform thickness makes the stack sit well on a baseline next to text. It pairs with open book, graduation cap and bookmark icons; at 16 px, thicken the gaps between volumes so they stay distinct.
