About the Wound black filled icon
A circular frame holds an outstretched hand with the fingers extended, marked by a jagged zigzag cut across the back near the wrist, with two teardrop shapes falling below it. It communicates injury, bleeding and the need for first aid, making it suitable for emergency instructions, workplace safety training, incident report forms, clinic and pharmacy sites and health insurance material.
The zigzag line is the only irregular element in an otherwise smooth silhouette, so the injury reads immediately, and the two drops sit apart to suggest motion. It works alongside bandage, plaster, first aid kit and ointment icons. At small sizes the drops can merge, so keep it at 40px or larger.
