Two simple avatars face each other, one on the left and one lower right, linked by a pair of curved arrows that point in opposite directions. The loop shows a two-way exchange: messages, feedback or data moving back and forth between people. Use it for chat and support features, customer engagement sections, CRM dashboards, user research slides and diagrams of service or communication flows.
