About the Tic Tac Toe black outline icon
Two vertical and two horizontal lines cross to form the familiar three-by-three board, with the strokes extending past the intersections. A nought sits in the top left cell, two crosses fill the middle row, and two more noughts occupy the bottom row, showing a game already in progress.
