A classic bulb thermometer stands upright: a narrow rounded stem holds a single column line that runs down into a large circular bulb, and four short horizontal dashes sit beside the stem as a graduation scale. It communicates temperature, heat and climate readings, making it useful in weather forecast apps, fever and health trackers, thermostat and HVAC dashboards, laboratory tools, and cold-chain or food safety pages.

The tall stem and wide bulb give a strong vertical rhythm, with the detached scale marks adding balance on the right. The inner column stops short of the bulb ring, keeping the reading idea legible at small sizes. Sits well next to humidity, sun, snowflake and cloud icons in weather sets; 20px is the practical minimum.
