Two straight horizontal arrows sit one above the other inside a double circular frame, the upper one pointing right and the lower one pointing left so they describe a two way exchange. The pairing reads as trading one thing for another, transferring funds, or switching positions between two items. An inner ring inside the outer circle gives the glyph a button-like depth that the plain arrow variants lack, and the arrows are centered with equal shaft lengths for balance. It pairs with transfer, refresh, sort and compare icons. Keep the two rings from merging by using it at 24 px or above.
