Two arrowheads pull away from each other along a diagonal, and the band between them is drawn as a rippled, accordion-like surface being pulled taut. Short motion ticks fan out at each corner to add tension. The whole mark reads as stretch, expand or scale. Use it for resize handles in design tools, image crop controls, elastic material specs, packaging labels for flexible fabrics, and slides about expanding capacity.

The composition runs corner to corner at forty-five degrees, and the wavy middle section is what turns an ordinary double arrow into a sense of elasticity. It pairs with shrink, move and rotate arrows from the same transform set. Keep the ripples from filling in by using it at 24 px or above.
