Startup black filled icon

About the Startup black filled icon

A chess knight stands on a wide stepped base, its horse head turned to the left with a carved mane, and a lightning bolt sits inside a jagged starburst on the body of the piece. Together they read as a bold strategic move powered by energy, the classic language of a new venture. Use it on startup landing pages, pitch decks, accelerator and incubator sites, business strategy articles and product roadmap slides.

The heavy knight silhouette carries the weight at the bottom while the spiked burst pulls attention to the center, giving the mark a clear focal point. It works beside rocket, target and lightbulb marks in a business set. The burst outline is fine, so keep the icon at 32 px or larger in decks.

This is the solid black filled version of the startup icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
