Square Meter black filled icon

About the Square Meter black filled icon

A heavy lowercase m with a raised 2 sits at the center of a square, framed by four corner brackets and a dotted edge on two sides, with one arrow pointing up the left side and another pointing right along the bottom. It reads as measured floor area. Use it in property listings, floor plan viewers, rental and apartment apps, flooring and tile calculators, and construction spec sheets.

The solid unit glyph anchors the middle while the dotted lines and arrows describe the measured span without adding weight. Corner brackets keep the composition square at any size. It pairs with floor plan, ruler and apartment icons. Keep it at 32 px or larger so the superscript 2 stays readable.

This is the solid black filled version of the square meter icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.

It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
