About the Sinking black outline icon

A ship tips at a steep angle into the water, its bridge and portholes already leaning toward two rows of waves that cut straight across the hull. The image reads as shipwreck, crisis, loss and failure, and works for risk and insurance content, business downturn slides, maritime safety material, news graphics and metaphor illustrations in presentations.

Two stacked wave lines run the full width and anchor the tilted hull, giving the composition a clear horizon. The angled deck carries most of the meaning, so keep it above 32px, and pair it with lifebuoy, anchor and cargo ship icons for a maritime set.

This is the black outline version of the sinking icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
