Nine four-pointed stars with concave sides are scattered across the frame in three sizes, two of them drawn hollow and the rest solid, so the group reads as flickering light. It communicates cleanliness, freshness, magic and something newly improved. The largest sparkle sits near the center with smaller ones fanning outward, which creates a loose diagonal drift rather than a rigid shape. It layers well behind or beside broom, star, wand and camera icons. Because the small points thin out quickly, avoid using this design below 24 px.
