About the Science Atom Orbits black outline icon
Three long ellipses cross at even angles around a small circular nucleus, with two tiny electron dots sitting on the orbit paths at opposite edges. The classic atomic model stands for physics, chemistry and research in general. Use it for science education apps, R&D and innovation sections, university and lab websites, STEM course thumbnails, and physics presentation slides.
The overlapping ellipses build a flower-like rosette that fills a square frame evenly, and the offset electron dots break the symmetry just enough to suggest motion. It pairs with flask, microscope, DNA and molecule icons. Thin orbit strokes need at least 32 px, or the crossings start to fill in.
This is the black outline version of the science atom orbits icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
