About the Rename black outline icon
A circular badge frames a horizontal input field containing a selected text block, with an I-beam text cursor standing at the right end of the box. It reads as an editable name waiting for typing. Use it for rename commands in file managers, right-click context menus, layer panels in design tools, CMS field labels and admin table row actions.
The field is a long rounded rectangle with an inner filled bar representing highlighted text, and the serifed cursor deliberately overlaps the box edge so the editing state is obvious. It belongs with copy, move and delete icons in the same circular action set. At toolbar sizes keep it 24 px or above so the cursor's crossbars stay visible.
