A single curved line sweeps almost all the way around into a full circle, ending in a triangular arrowhead at the top. The near-closed loop represents a reload or refresh action, commonly used in browser toolbars, mobile app buttons, pull-to-refresh gestures, loading spinners, and sync status indicators across dashboards and settings screens.

The gap in the circle sits opposite the single arrowhead, giving a clear sense of rotation with a thin, uniform stroke. It sits alongside repeat and reset icons in the same action group. Tip: keep it small, around 16 to 24 pixels, for toolbar buttons.
