Two long arcs sit one above the other with a gap at each side, each ending in an arrowhead pointing in the opposite direction, so the pair traces a continuous rotation. The open circle reads as reloading, syncing or repeating a process. Use it for page reload buttons, data sync status, retry actions after an error, subscription renewal notices and recycling or circular economy graphics.

The arcs are thin and sweeping with generous end gaps, which makes the rotation feel light compared to a closed ring arrow. It pairs with sync, history and undo icons of matching stroke weight. Animate a slow spin around the center to indicate work in progress, and keep it at 16 px minimum.

This is the black outline version of the refresh icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
