Pulley Block Hook black outline icon
Pulley wheel on a beam with rope leading to a hook and a ring
About the Pulley Block Hook black outline icon
A grooved wheel with a central hub hangs from a short rod fixed to an overhead beam. Rope leaves the wheel on both sides: one line curls into an open hook at the left, the other drops to a small ring at the right. It stands for lifting, mechanical advantage and load handling, useful in engineering diagrams, construction app toolbars, physics teaching slides, crane and hoist product pages and workshop signage.
The layout is vertically symmetrical around the wheel, with equal stroke weight on the rope, the hook and the concentric ring so nothing dominates. It sits well next to crane, winch and lever icons in a mechanics set. Keep it at 32 px or above so the hub circle inside the wheel stays visible.
This is the black outline version of the pulley block hook icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
