About the Plus black outline icon
Two evenly spaced concentric circles enclose a plain plus sign with equal arms that stop short of the inner ring. The mark is completely neutral, which is why it carries so many meanings: add, create, expand, include, and in health contexts first aid or a clinic. It works as an add button in app toolbars, a new record action in dashboards, a zoom-in control, a medical or pharmacy marker on maps, and an emergency services label.
The double ring gives the button a raised, target-like look while the arms of the cross stay thin and perfectly centered, so the shape holds its balance at any rotation. Stroke weights match across circle and cross. Pair it with minus, close and check icons drawn in the same double-ring frame; at 16px use a single ring version instead, since the two rings merge.
