About the Picture black filled icon
A wide rounded rectangle frame containing a simple scene: two angled mountain peaks crossing the lower half and a small circle in the upper right standing for the sun. This is the universal photo or image marker. Use it for gallery thumbnails, upload and drag-drop zones, broken or loading image placeholders, media library tabs, insert-image buttons in editors, and blog post cards.
The landscape orientation and generous corner radius keep it distinct from square avatar frames, and the peaks touch the left and right edges so the composition fills the box. It pairs with camera, video, folder and attachment marks. At 16 px consider hiding the sun circle to avoid visual noise.
This is the solid black filled version of the picture icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
Free for personal and commercial use with attribution.
