About the Paper black filled icon
A tall empty sheet is drawn with a dog-eared top right corner, the diagonal fold cutting across to form a small triangle. With no text lines inside, it reads as a new or untitled document, useful for file managers, upload areas, blank template buttons, note taking apps and print or stationery listings.
The portrait ratio is close to A4 and the fold takes about a fifth of the width, which keeps the page instantly recognizable as a file rather than a card.
