A large square boundary carries a small handle at each corner, and inside it two equal squares overlap near the center, the front one covering part of the back. The combination reads instantly as selecting, grouping and transforming several shapes at once. The outer frame and its handles are drawn in an even stroke so the two inner squares stay the visual focus, offset by roughly half their width. Pair it with ungroup, align and layer icons, and keep it at 24 px or larger so the corner handles remain distinct.
