About the Notification Off black outline icon
A tall bell with a small top loop, a flared base and a rounded clapper below is cut through by a single diagonal line running corner to corner. The slash is the universal cancel mark, so the meaning is alerts switched off. Use it for mute toggles, do not disturb modes, notification settings rows, silent mode indicators in status bars and push-permission prompts.
The bell fills most of the frame so the strike-through reads clearly without crowding its outline, and the line starts and ends outside the bell for a clean cut. Pair it with the plain bell icon for on and off states in a toggle. Works down to 16px in a settings list.
This is the black outline version of the notification off icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
