About the North black outline icon
A circular badge holds a double-ringed compass dial with tick marks at the four cardinal points, the letter N above it and a slim arrow needle aimed straight up. It stands for orientation, bearing, direction and map alignment. Use it on map interfaces and rotation controls, hiking and outdoor apps, travel sites, GPS and fleet tracking dashboards, and slides about direction or strategy.
The nested rings keep the needle visually centered, and the N sits outside the dial so it never crowds the arrow. It pairs with compass rose, map pin, route and globe icons across the navigation set. At small sizes drop the outer badge circle and keep only the dial and needle.
