A rectangular picture frame holds a simple landscape: two mountain peaks, a small round sun in the upper right and horizontal water lines along the bottom.

A long diagonal stroke runs across the whole frame, canceling it. The combination reads instantly as a photo that failed to load or was never uploaded, which suits broken image fallbacks, empty gallery states, missing product shots, blank profile avatars and coming-soon placeholders.

This is the solid black filled version of the no image icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
