Two hands in cuffed sleeves grip each other in a handshake, and a bold circle with a diagonal slash crosses the whole gesture. The ban reading is immediate, which suits hygiene and no-contact signage, clinic and office entrance notices, health campaign slides, event guidelines and business screens that mark a deal as rejected or an agreement as void.

The hands fill the circle almost edge to edge, with cuff blocks at each side balancing the diagonal bar that runs corner to corner. It belongs with the plain handshake, stop hand and no-entry icons in the library. Keep the slash stroke at least as thick as the hand outlines so the prohibition stays legible when scaled down.
