Three evenly spaced hollow circles sit in a horizontal row at the center of a larger thin ring. It is the universal more options or overflow control, used to hide secondary actions until a user asks for them. Place it on card headers, list rows, media players, mobile toolbars and dashboard widgets where edit, share and delete actions need a home.
The dots are outlined rather than solid, which keeps the mark light next to other outline icons, and the surrounding ring turns it into a tappable button shape. Pair it with close, settings and filter icons, and keep a 44 px tap target around it on touch screens.
