About the Mission Path black outline icon
A standing figure faces a curved arrow that sweeps up from the ground line to a small flag planted at the top right, all held inside a circle. The climb from person to flag reads as a goal being reached, which fits career pages, onboarding progress screens, company mission slides, OKR dashboards and coaching sites.
The figure is a plain head-and-body silhouette, deliberately simple so the rising curve carries the motion, while the flag caps the arrow as an endpoint marker. It pairs with target, ladder and trophy icons. Keep it at 32 px or above so the flag stays legible.
This is the black outline version of the mission path icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
