A cogwheel holding a check mark sits at the center while four curved arrows sweep around it in a continuous loop, passing two ring targets and two cross markers placed at opposite corners. It communicates a repeatable process, testing, iteration and quality control. Useful for consulting sites, agile workflow diagrams, QA documentation, operations dashboards and strategy presentations.

The alternating targets and crosses show accepted and rejected steps, giving the cycle a decision rhythm rather than a plain rotation. It works alongside workflow, optimization and project management icons; at small sizes the gear teeth blur, so use 40 px or larger for slides and hero sections.
