Three filled circles of equal size stacked in a vertical column with even gaps between them. This is the standard overflow or kebab menu control: tapping it opens more actions such as edit, share, rename or delete. Use it in mobile app headers, list rows and cards, table toolbars, dashboard widgets and any place a secondary action set has to stay hidden.
The dots are solid and identical, and the spacing roughly equals the dot diameter, so the column reads as one control rather than three marks. Rotate it ninety degrees for the horizontal ellipsis variant, and give it a touch target of at least 44 px even though the glyph itself is small.
