Menu black filled icon
Three stacked horizontal bars forming an outline hamburger menu icon
About the Menu black filled icon
Three long horizontal bars sit in an even stack with equal gaps, each drawn as a thin rounded rectangle rather than a plain stroke. It is the universally understood hamburger control that opens navigation. Place it in mobile app headers, responsive website navbars, sidebar toggles, dashboard panels and kiosk interfaces, or use it as a drag handle and list-view switch where a compact stack of rows is needed.
The bars span the full icon width with a narrow height, so the shape stays balanced at small sizes and aligns cleanly with search, close and back icons in the same set. Keep it on a tappable area of at least 44 px on touch screens, and pair it with the filled style for the active state.
This is the solid black filled version of the menu icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
